We were envisioned by the Family Liaisons at schools in the Wheat Ridge articulation area, seeded with support from the city of Wheat Ridge and driven by service organizations, community members, families and school representatives.

To support a network of thriving education and community across Wheat Ridge to strengthen the future of our kids, our families, and our communities.

Our Vision

Make sure that all Wheat Ridge residents and families know that there is a thriving network of support.
Connect Families and Organizations with the resources they need.
Foster engagement and strengthen repationships between community organizations, the city, and schools together to promote and support one another. Building strong community which leads to strong schools and supporting the Wheat Ridge articulation schools in their vision to ultimately sustain and grow enrollment in our area.

What We Do

Wheat Ridge Coalition is all about helping to build a strong community. Strong Community means Strong Schools. We do this by:

Streamlining Resources

By coming together as a group, we are able to make sure that all of the member schools and organizations have a way to streamline needed resources, as well as, find opportunities for supporting our neighbors.

Community Partnerships

We are better together. The Wheat Ridge Coalition is a place where community members (business leaders, organizations, families, and schools) work together to create opportunities for community involvement and growth.

Building a Brighter Future

We welcome organizations, schools, and the city to unite, promote, and support each other in their efforts to build a brighter future.
